The Hyper Tough AQ20037G variable speed detail sander is a must-have tool for every workbench. The powerful 1.5 AMP motor delivers a continuous no-load speed of 14,000 vibrations per minute for effortless sanding to remove old finishes, smooth rough wood or other surfaces, and prepare for a final new finish. The soft overmold housing provides the user a comfortable grip for better control while sanding and lower vibrations to reduce fatigue, along with a covered power switch located on the front. The soft base allows for better contact while applying light pressure to the tool for more consistent sanding and fewer vibration marks. The sander takes a standard point-shaped hook back paper sandpaper with vent holes that easily align to the base and stay firmly in place.
